Terms of Use
These terms cover the Eire Finder browser extension and the eirefinder.ie website, both operated by Argecor Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the extension.
What Eire Finder is
Eire Finder is a browser extension that overlays official Property Price Register sale history, market trend data and related public information onto property listings on Daft.ie, MyHome.ie and Property.ie. Some information (BER, price, floor area) is read directly from the listing itself; other information is matched automatically against official and public data sources.
Accuracy — please read this one
Address matching against the Property Price Register, and every other figure the extension shows, is done automatically and is not manually verified for each property. Matches can occasionally be wrong, missing, or based on address normalisation that doesn't perfectly resolve an ambiguous or unusual address. Market trend, estimated value, rental yield and every other calculated figure are estimates built from regional data, not a valuation of the specific property. Nothing in the extension is financial, legal or professional advice, and none of it replaces your own due diligence, a solicitor, or a qualified valuer before making a property decision.
Subscription and billing
- Full access to Eire Finder's reports requires a paid subscription, currently €1.99 per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Email support for cancellations or billing questions.
- We may change the price going forward; we won't change what you've already been charged for.
Acceptable use
Eire Finder is for your own personal use when looking at property listings. Please don't try to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract data through the extension, automate requests to our servers outside normal browsing use, or use the extension in any way that violates Daft.ie's, MyHome.ie's or Property.ie's own terms of use.
Independence
Eire Finder is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Daft.ie, MyHome.ie, Property.ie, the Property Price Register, the CSO, SEAI, or any other Irish State body — we simply read and display public information alongside their listings.
Intellectual property
The Eire Finder name, logo and the extension's own code and design are our property. Property Price Register data, CSO statistics, Census data and other official datasets remain the property of their respective public bodies; we present them under their applicable open-data terms.
No warranty, limited liability
Eire Finder is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any figure it shows is accurate for your specific property. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on information the extension shows — see the accuracy section above.
Termination
We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the extension (see Acceptable use) or fails to pay for an active subscription. You can stop using the extension and cancel your subscription at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page if these terms change, and move the "last updated" date above.
